MiKiDo Kids Club Martial Arts Summer Camp in Northern VA

Want to find something fun for your kids to do during the summer?

MiKiDo Kids Club provides one of the best martial arts camp sessions in all of Northern Virginia and the Washington, D.C. metro area.

-Week 1: July 9th – July 13th

-Week 2: July 23rd – July 27th

-Week 3: August 6th – August 10th

-Week 4: August 20th – August 24th

-Week 5: August 27th – August 31st


MiKiDo Martial Arts Summer Camp will teach children focus,
respect, discipline and self-confidence as well as practical skills they
will carry with them for a lifetime. Children will make friends,
participate in character development activities, go on exciting field
trips, and learn to defend themselves.

Every morning, campers are informed of the cool activities they will be doing throughout the day. These activities will include: Learning proper nutrition through fun and exciting games, proper stretching and warm-up techniques, as well as the culture and background of each of the martial arts covered.
Each day we will explore a different martial art, including:
Jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Wrestling, Boxing, and traditional
Mikido forms, to provide your child with a cursory understanding of each
discipline.

Earthcare Technologies Partners with Primary Care Coalition of Montgomery County

Earthcare Technologies, Inc., of Springfield, VA, has partnered with the Primary Care Coalition of Montgomery County (PCC) to develop a series of eLearning training modules. This will enable PCC to train its continuous influx of volunteers cost-effectively, without compromising the quality of the training. Now through December 17th MiKiDo Martial Arts Center in Baileys Crossroads, VA will be collaborating with the locally based Alternative House (Local Children’s Refuge- www.thealternativehouse.org). We will be collecting new Toys and Canned/Boxed Foods for unfotunate/needy children during the holidays. There will be several of these special guest children in attendance December 17th so it will certainly be one special and heartfelt day for everyone!

On Saturday the 17th of December MiKiDo will be doing a demonstration for all those interested. We also want to allow everybody to make a difference in one child’s life by donating this day. We will start promptly with our testing and demonstration at 11am.
